Information for those starting therapy
Beginning therapy can feel both exciting and daunting, and it's completely normal to have questions or uncertainties as you begin. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore whatever brings you to therapy.
Before we meet for our first session, you'll receive an email containing a link to complete your intake paperwork. Taking a moment to fill out these forms beforehand ensures that we can make the most of our time together during your initial appointment.
When it comes to staying connected, I prefer to use email or our client portal. If you ever need to reschedule or cancel our appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via phone message or the client portal.
When you arrive for your first appointment there in a waiting room as you enter the door please feel free to make yourself comfortable there as you await your appointment.
